    To increase efficiency and reduce costs, DJA uses the Internet and digital technology to facilitate information sharing and to manage the details of an event. For example, through automated registration management systems, our conference planners can track participant registration and attendance levels quickly and efficiently. Similarly, through virtual meeting services, such as online webcasting, and teleconferencing and videoconferencing, we offer our clients several options for exchanging information efficiently and cost effectively.

    In addition, DJA has the in-house capacity to design and produce event materials (such as agenda, programs, flyers, and brochures) and technical reports that comprehensively and accurately convey meeting results. Our staff and consultant writers, editors, proofreaders, graphic artists, and desktop publishers are highly experienced in publications management and communications, which helps maximize knowledge transfer among conference participants and other professionals in the field.
